All text (About Us and Main Page) is for sample purposes and will be edited before the site is put "live". The Glossary section will remain the same. The bottom truck (green tractor) will be replaced with a white tractor within a few days.
The purpose of this draft is to provide an overview of what the site will look like and give Mark Robinson and Cassidy's a chance to make changes before the programming period begins.

Glossary page, Moving Tips, City Info and FAQ
pages are finished and ready for review. Contact Us is finished and will be configured with the mail server shortly. The green tractor has been replaced with the white tractor.

As per the conversation with Mark, we have added the new United Van Lines Logo, Enlarged the Cassidy's Logo, Enlarged the World, changed company relocation to corporate relocation and added the Pembroke 800 number. We are currently tweeking the tracking database and will be running tests on this section on Monday or Tuesday. Happy Easter.

The tracking section has been completed. As well, login and security measures have been introduced in the freight section, ensuring that only Cassidy's staff members can access the forms section and the full-featured tracking system. Please check your email for sample usernames and passwords.

The free estimate section and contact-us is set-up and the online tracking section for customers is operational. Please use sample tracking number: 1234569 as a sample in transit and number: 1234570 as a sample of one received. We are still working on the forms and waiting for a confirmation from Cassidy's on content of the forms.

The free estimate and contact-us sections continue to be tested, and work continues on the forms section.

Status codes have been changed in the Tracking database, more static content added, the ability to sort Tracking results has been added but not completed.

Tracking results have been completed. As well, the Manifest form is ready for testing. Work continues on more graphics for the site

A sample Bill of Lading form is available for testing. This will not be the final form, though. The corporate policy Email page has been finished and successfully tested. More static content, including pictures have been added.

The Cassidy's logo has been removed from the manifest form and an option to select different brokers, or none at all has been added. Address information has been removed form the corporate email. Graphics have been enhanced. A final Bill of Lading form has been produced.

The Household page has been update with content. Also, the print on the Bill of lading form has been cleaned up. Finally, a prototype Invoice page has been created. It is accessible from the bill of lading page.

The splash screen has been created and is viewable at www.wemovetheworld.com/default2.htm.The ability to add and change driver information has been added for Staff members only. Next will be the ability to change truck and trailer information. It is accessible once you login as a staff member at the create_forms page. We are working on integrating the bill of lading page with the invoice page to seamlessly produce the two documents from the same page.

The bill of lading page will now produce an invoice, then a bill of lading, and insert a record into the database. We are waiting on approval for the splash page. You may now add and modify drivers from the Drivers page. An external link to the UVL site to view household tracking has been added.

The ability to add and modify drivers, trucks and trailers is complete. As well, much of the Web Panel (which allows top-level administration to modify the database) is finished. You can preview it at www.wemovetheworld.com/WebPanel.asp. We are also cleaning up the database (ie. removing test data).

The site is now virtually complete. We are currently testing. Also, the ability to mark shipments as received has been added from the tracking details screen. This updates the tracking database. We invite you to test the site.
